1. Complete order form below to receive the kit that best fits your recycling goals.

2. When kit is delivered fill poly mailer with used hair and or beauty products ( please DO NOT include any liquid or hazard products in poly mailer) ( if you have liquids or hazard waste please check the box when filling out form below).

3.Return kit to label included in kit. 

​

4. Fill out survey sent to your email when kit is returned.

Kit can take any up to 10-15 business days to deliver.
